Lose weight how?

I've had people coming here looking for the best weight loss products. HOnestly I do not know! I haven't taken any so I'm not the best person to ask. If you don't have a chronic problem, diets usually help. Oh and exercise.

Or you could try a slimming salon. I hear they work too although I also hear of horror stories. No pain no gain i say! So get on that treadmill and pound away the pounds!

Dress sizing

If there's one thing I need to do its to burn fat - or so I thought. A friend sent me a dress from overseas. We've never met and yet the dress fit like a glove! It clung in all the right places and fit perfectly. I think its amazing! Or rather her powers of estimation are amazing! I don't think I could ever return the favour because my powers of estimation on the other hand are crap :P

Someone I know is looking for a new job or a transfer and I suppose job search engines pa might be a good place to start. Strangely enough I've never been prompted much to use job searches - I think its to do with your profession or your line of work.

Some jobs are better sourced by word of mouth or through head hunting agencies - not that I know how THOSE work either - but others are easier sourced through job searches. Someone else I know used job searches to hire and they reported quite a successful hiring process even if some of the persons who applied were not quite what they were looking for.

Sick!

There was a horrific piece of news about maid abuse here just a few days ago. The maid died and from the pictures I saw, it was horrific! I don't know how a human being can do that sort of damage to another human. The perpetrators turned themselves in but I hope don't get some swanky Oklahoma criminal defense lawyer to help them out of this mess they got themselves into.

In fact I hope the prosecution does their job properly so the perpetrators don't get off scott free as some other murderers have been.
